LEGAL POLICY

Information shown in our listings, including photographs, descriptions, part numbers, mileage, condition, pricing and fitment details, is supplied to assist customers in reviewing each transmission or component. We reserve the right to correct errors involving pricing, availability or listing information at any time.

Fitment confirmation is the customer’s responsibility. Before purchasing, customers should verify the vehicle’s year, make, model, engine, drivetrain, transmission code, part number and VIN. We cannot accept responsibility for issues caused by inaccurate vehicle information, aftermarket modifications or the purchase of an incompatible product.

Before installation, every transmission and related component must be inspected and installed by a qualified transmission professional. All manufacturer procedures must be followed, including the use of proper fluid, replacement of required filters and seals, servicing of cooler lines, programming and completion of relearn procedures.

We are not liable for damage or failure resulting from improper installation, contaminated fluid or cooler lines, overheating, incorrect programming, abuse, racing, excessive towing, vehicle modifications or lack of proper maintenance.

Unless a listing or written agreement states otherwise, all merchandise is sold according to its listed description. Used products may have ordinary signs of prior use. Any warranty offered by a manufacturer or remanufacturer is issued, controlled and serviced by that provider.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential costs. This includes expenses related to labor, diagnostic work, towing, storage, rental vehicles, lost income, lost time or damage arising from installation, use or misuse.

Placing an order or receiving an automated confirmation does not mean the order has been formally accepted. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, incorrect listing information, payment concerns, suspected fraudulent activity or another valid business reason.

These terms may be revised as needed. The policy version active on the date of purchase will govern that order.
